1. Any additional design elements will incur an extra cost. Nail removal is not covered. There will be an additional fee for medium or long nails.
2. We understand that our store may not fit everyone's needs. While our prices may be affordable for some, they might be considered expensive for others. Please feel free to inquire about pricing; we're here to assist you with your booking.
3. For an alternative option, we offer stickers as a substitute for hand-drawn designs to accommodate your budget.
Hand-drawn designs require time and effort, which may result in a higher cost.
Please feel free to send us an inspiration picture before your appointment so we can give you an estimate.
For any design, we will try our best to achieve the same result but we cannot guarantee. Since hand-drawn designs are created by hand, they may not achieve perfection.
Please send us your nail inspiration to our Instagram @1997nailbarto before your appointment if you feel you may have specific preferences. This will help us confirm if we can achieve your desired look.
Please schedule a design service to allow us to allocate additional time for your appointment. Unfortunately, we may need to deny your request if extra time is not booked to ensure that appointments following yours are not affected.
Anticipate an additional time frame of 1-2.5 hours for the creation of design sets. It is advisable to avoid scheduling appointments within a narrow timeframe, as the duration of appointments is not assured, and the design process will not be hurried.
Different stores have unique nail supplies that they trust. We strive to ensure our customers are happy and offer a selection of over 700 colors. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose a shade that is the most similar.
We kindly ask that you avoid pressuring us to recreate or mix colors. Rest assured, we will do our best to help you find the shades you desire that are available in our colour charts. We appreciate your understanding, as we aim to maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Please feel free to send us a picture of the colors before your visit so we can check for a match. We want to provide you with the best service possible and ensure we don’t waste your time if we don’t have the colors you’re looking for.
We appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to accommodate requests that are particularly challenging.
No refund will be given after you leave the store. If you are not happy with your nails, please let the staffs adjust them to your satisfaction.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will get shellac polish fixed if the colours chipped.
Nails should be treated as accessories, not weapons, so please handle them with care.
