No refund will be given after you leave the store. If you are not happy with your nails, please let the staffs adjust them to your satisfaction.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will get shellac polish fixed if the colours chipped.
No warranty is provided for regular air-dry polish.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any infections that may occur after your visit. Our tools and equipment follow a strict 3-step sanitation process: disinfecting, soaking in alcohol for a full 10 minutes, and sterilizing under a UV light machine. Pedicure kits are strictly single-use and disposed of after each client to ensure maximum hygiene and safety.
Nails should be treated as accessories, not weapons, so please handle them with care.
Please understand that removal may result in some damage, as we need to carefully remove the nails that are strongly adhered.
